Return and Exchange Policy

We are happy to accommodate exchanges and returns for RPGSHOW Hair products, provided they have not been cut, tampered with, or altered in any way. As human hair products are considered hygienic items, we take hygiene and public safety very seriously. Therefore, to protect the health and well-being of all our clients, we cannot accept returns of used or worn items.

Return/Exchange Period:
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your product. Requests made beyond this 30-day period will not qualify for free return or exchange services. Please ensure that you maintain contact with us during this timeframe to facilitate the process.

Custom Orders:

Please be aware that items created with custom sizes or unique cap structures are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects, errors, or quality issues.

Exchange Policy:
We provide a one-time complimentary exchange service for eligible items. If you request a second exchange, a restocking and handling fee of $30 will be applied.

We understand that changes or cancellations may be necessary, and we strive to make the process as smooth as possible. Please review our guidelines below:

Stock Orders:

  • You may freely change or cancel any stock order within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • After 24 hours, changes or cancellations will incur a handling fee.

Custom Orders:

  • Custom orders can be modified or canceled free of charge within 48 hours of placing the order.
  • After the 48-hour period, a 10% handling fee will be deducted from the total for any changes or cancellations related to custom wigs.
